DELIVERY

Alexa’sWaistSnatchySnatch will not accept any responsibility for customs delays, duties or taxes that may apply in the destination country. Please note if you choose standard shipping your package may be left at your front door or mailbox if you're not home. Alexa’sWaistSnatchySnatch is not responsible if shipment is damaged or does not arrive at all. Damage or loss of a shipment must directly be reported at a 'Post' branch.

DELIVERY COSTS

FREIGHT AND DELIVERY COSTS

In addition to the stated product prices delivery costs are added, which are paid by the customer. For all standard shipments with "Die Post" within Switzerland, we charge CHF 10.00 and the rest of the world CHF20.00. We offer free shipping for order over CHF 150.00 value.

PAYMENT METHODS

Payment can be made by: Payment in advance, debit and credit cards and Twint. Our Prices are in CHF.

Contract-related communication: You agree that the contractual communication is in electronic form.

RETURN TERMS

This Refund and Returns Policy applies for all products purchased through the Alexa’sWaistSnatchySnatch checkout.

You acknowledge that Alexa’sWaistSnatchySnatch provides a platform for users to purchase products and that a sales contract is formed between you and Alexa’sWaistSnatchySnatch.

You will be sent confirmation of the sales contract between Alexa’sWaistSnatchySnatch and yourself via email promptly after the conclusion of the contract.

RETURN POLICY

ACCESSORIES: Alexa’sWaistSnatchySnatch cannot exchange or refund any physical fitness products due to hygiene reasons.

RETURNS BY CUSTOMER

Any digital or physical fitness products returned parcels sent by the customer without acknowledgement from Alexa’sWaistSnatchySnatch will not be returned/exchanged or refunded.
